We are representing a leading organisation involved in a flagship Vision 2030 project seeking a highly skilled Saudi National Project Manager to lead and deliver key initiatives in line with Saudi Arabias transformative agenda. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to one of the most significant development projects in the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of projects aligned with Vision 2030 objectives ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to drive project milestones and resolve any challenges.
- Develop detailed project plans allocate resources and monitor progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage risks issues and changes effectively implementing mitigation strategies as required.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders acting as a key liaison between various teams and departments.
Skills
Desired skills and experience:
- Saudi National with a proven track record in project management preferably within largescale infrastructure development or government projects.
- Strong understanding of Vision 2030 goals and their impact on Saudi Arabias development.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as PMP PRINCE2 or Agile.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working within a government or semigovernment organisation is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong reportwriting and presentation skills.
