Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leader in the water and effluent treatment industry.Our client is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager to join the client s team at a largescale project site in KSA. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing project control activities ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project execution including schedules budgets and progress reports using Primavera and other project management tools.
Coordinate with the Design Team to ensure engineering progress and timely deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including monthly look ahead plans cost analysis and cash flow.
Control project budgets review costs and forecast future expenses.
Monitor project performance through earned value analysis and reporting on schedule and cost performance indices.
Prepare monthly final and subcontractor bills.
Lead cost control initiatives and ensure strict budget adherence at each project work breakdown structure (WBS).
Manage invoicing profit & loss statements and financial reporting in collaboration with finance and accounts teams.
Oversee contracts management change order management and project closeout.
Prepare and maintain reports such as the Job Cost Report (JCR) Project Valuation Report (PVR) and monthly consumption reports for materials.
Prepare ISO documentation and manage quality plans.
Requirements
Education: Engineering Graduate (Civil Mechanical or Chemical Engineering)
Experience: 1520 years in project control for largescale infrastructure or desalination projects (preferably in the GCC region)
Skills: Proficiency in Primavera project management software and cost control tools.
Knowledge: Strong background in construction project management desalination STP/ETP and crosscountry pipeline projects.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with clients and team members.
