Our Supply Chain Department is looking for a Senior Key Account Specialist to join the Customer Fulfillment Wholesale & Travel Team. In this role youll manage the ordertocash process for a select portfolio of customers and regions. Your mission: ensure goods are delivered in full on time and with topnotch customer satisfaction. Youll also focus on boosting sales enhancing customer experience and optimizing operational working capital.
Youll be part of a dynamic multicultural team of 11 and report to the Manager of Wholesale & Travel. Collaboration is keyyoull work closely with logistics to manage lead times volumes and schedules. A big part of your role involves representing Key Accounts in internal processes and discussions while handling both operational and tactical activities for your customers.
Key result Areas:
- Process Owner: Responsible for owning one of our key OTC processes. Accountable for designing an effective and efficient process in combination with delivering quality outcomes as required by all stakeholders.
- Keyuser: Be the subject matter expert of one of our tools. Analyze bottlenecks and make implementation proposals for improvements. Ensure the correct technical implementation conducts functional tests designs and conducts training.
- Stakeholder management: to ensure processes run smoothly communication is key. You therefore have a great understanding of what needs to be communicated to which stakeholder. You will be in close cooperation with Heads of Wholesale/Travel and our Key Customers with regard to order management open balances nonsales related questions and the preparation/execution of orders.
- Coach: You are the goto person. You are there for your (more junior) colleagues. Help guide give them advice to enable them to get the best out of themselves and for the organization. When the manager is out of office you take over.
- Ownership: Work independently find solutions for challenges be committed and proactive.
Qualifications :
- You have a HBO degree in business
- You have 7 years experience preferably in a highvolume supply chain setting (order management customer service in FMCG);
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive on challenges;
- You have a proven track record in managing development projects;
- You love analytics to improve your customer experience;
- You are service oriented and strive for the best customer satisfaction;
- You have a problem solving mentality;
- You take ownership of your responsibilities;
- You have experience working with ERP systems (D365 SAP et cetera) and reporting systems (PowerBI);
