- The incumbent goal is to oversee accident repair operations liaise with insurance companies suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely & quality repairs.
Responsibilities
- Effective Accident Repair Management
- Coordinate comprehensive damage assessment and estimation prioritizing urgency & complexity to ensure timely repairs
- Manage efficient repair workflow ensuring adherence to stringent safety and quality standards
- Optimize Bodyshop productivity meeting vehicle release deadlines and minimizing downtime
- Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections maintaining manufacturers' recommendations and Mowasalat standards
- Ensure strict regulatory compliance adhering to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidance and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate detailed records ensuring audit and compliance readiness
- Strategic Supplier and Stakeholder Management
- Liaise effectively with insurance companies ensuring seamless claims processing and minimizing delays
- Foster collaborative relationships with suppliers contractors and internal stakeholders
- Communicate transparent repair status ensuring stakeholder awareness
- Team Leadership and Development
- Lead motivate and develop a highperforming bus Bodyshop team achieving daily objectives
- Maintain close coordination with Technical and Parts sections ensuring seamless operations
- Ensure a safe healthy working environment adhering to company policy
- Plan delegate and monitor daily bus Bodyshop activities optimizing resource utilization
- Streamline body shop processes minimizing offroad time
- Ensure bus availability targets collaborating with operations department

Minimum Required Qualifications Certificates & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years in accident repair management or related role with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification ICAR (InterIndustry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) Certification Estimating and Repair Planning Certification
