Tasks
- Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation projections and funding strategies.
- Prepare pitch decks executive summaries and financial presentations for investors.
- Research and build a pipeline of potential investors and venture capital firms.
- Track and manage investor communications ensuring seamless engagement using CRM tools.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to position the company effectively.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to prepare and organize due diligence materials for investors.
- Support scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of different funding strategies.
- Analyze investment trends to identify new opportunities for partnerships or funding.
- Assist in forecasting cash flow and aligning capital requirements with growth objectives.
- Monitor and report on fundraising campaign performance to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in investment banking financial analysis or venture capital or Startups.
- Proficient in Excel and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for investor engagement.
- Familiarity with venture capital and startup fundraising processes.
- English language professional
