Tasks
- Design and implement operating models to optimise business performance and scalability
- Analyse existing structures processes and governance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives
Requirements
- A currently available independent consultant
- Proven consulting experience in operating model design and/or organisational design. Ideally in a consultancy or freelance capacity
- Experience in Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
