Job Description
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Elkridge MD
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $70000 $100000
About the Role:
Tbest is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our clients dynamic electromechanical company based in Elkridge MD. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in operations preferably in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations while contributing to the companys growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and meet company objectives.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to maintain highquality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets schedules and resources to optimize performance.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and safety standards.
- Lead mentor and develop staff to build a cohesive and highperforming team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role preferably in the automotive or electromechanical industry.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes systems and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving decisionmaking and analytical skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on team building.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
