Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement creative social media strategies to enhance iSmartRecruit’s brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn Twitter Facebook and Instagram.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts blogs videos infographics etc.) that aligns with the recruitment industry trends and resonates with our audience.
Community Engagement:
Actively manage and grow our online communities by engaging with followers responding to comments/messages and fostering discussions around recruitment software and industry insights.
Brand Building:
Ensure consistency in messaging tone and visuals across all platforms to strengthen iSmartRecruit’s brand identity.
Campaign Execution:
Plan execute and monitor social media campaigns including paid advertisements to drive traffic engagement and lead generation.
Industry Networking:
Collaborate with influencers industry experts and partner organisations to amplify iSmartRecruit’s brand reach.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns providing actionable insights to improve strategies and achieve KPIs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader marketing and sales goals.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on social media trends recruitment industry developments and competitor activities to keep iSmartRecruit ahead of the curve.
Requirements:Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in social media management branding or digital marketing.
Experience working with B2B SaaS products or recruitmentrelated industries is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in social media tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer or platformspecific tools).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva Adobe Photoshop or similar.
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities tailored to a professional audience.
Understanding of recruitment trends industry terminology and B2B marketing strategies.
Ability to interpret social media analytics and optimise performance.
Personal Attributes:
Highly creative with strong attention to detail.
Organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
