Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager Sales and Marketing to oversee sales and marketing operations within the assigned region. The successful candidate will lead a team implement strategic plans and drive revenue growth by promoting our products and services. This individual will be responsible for establishing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies ensuring that targets are met and delivering highquality customer experiences.
Note Required Candidate from Tractors Industry / Local Candidate Preferred / Working Experience in Gujarat State Only for Current role.
1. Prepare and Implement Strategy for network development Coverage and increase market share.
2. Responsible for Gujarat BDRC.
3. Responsible for retail finance effective execution.
4. Plan and execute activity for demand generation.
5. Responsible for Budgeting.
6. Develop Brand Promotion campaign.
7. Responsible for lead guide and support team of Gujarat and get result as per plan.
8. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
9. Establishing maintaining and expanding your customer base.
10.Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
11.Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Sales Leadership:
Lead and manage the sales team within the region to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand the customer base and market share.
Track sales performance analyze results and adjust strategies accordingly to meet and exceed goals.
Provide mentorship coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales performance and professional development.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create regionspecific marketing strategies and campaigns.
Ensure the execution of marketing campaigns that align with the companys overall strategy and objectives.
Manage marketing budgets for the region and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders in the region.
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling products and services to existing clients.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and issue resolution.
