Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Professional 1 Information Technology to join our team in Bian Philippines. This role is crucial in supporting our organizations IT infrastructure and systems ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our technological advancement.
- Collaborate with end users and vendors to understand and execute network connectivity requirements from design to build
- Assist in maintaining troubleshooting and implementing IT systems networks and new technologies
- Provide technical support to endusers and contribute to IT documentation and asset management
- Analyze system performance recommend improvements and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Understanding of network infrastructure and protocols
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
