Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic New Launch Marketing Manager to oversee the planning execution and promotion of new real estate developments. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness lead generation and sales for property projects working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for new property launches.
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital print and event channels.
- Collaborate with design sales and PR teams to create impactful promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize campaigns and ensure relevance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance providing recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing with a focus on new developments.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Indepth knowledge of digital marketing market analysis and real estate trends.
