Job Description

The Senior Coordinator reports to the Workplace Manager QLD & NT and coordinates the daytoday operation of the Property Operations Mail and Print services applying and supporting agile work practices to ensure an exceptional level of service is delivered to the approx.1000 employees based in the Brisbane office.

The role also supports the Gold Coast Darwin and Townsville offices through administrative support.

This role also assists and supports all workplace initiatives and projects in Queensland however depending on the overall Workplace workload and resources maybe be called upon by the Director Workplace Services to assist with supporting other projects located around the nation outside of Queensland.

This role is onsite 5 days per week and may have the requirement to travel to regional supported offices.

Your Opportunity
As part of the workplace services team your role will consist of:

  • Facility Management monitoring action items register and ensuring smooth coordination and documentation of planned maintenance. 
  • Managing Working Health Safety (WHS) compliance documentation for all contractors.
  • Ensuring all office facilities are maintained across areas such as WHS stationary lighting etc. where required coordinating external vendors to fix issues. 
  • Coordinating and processing invoices for services crosschecking budgets and highlighting excess spending. 
  • General administration and coordination for adhoc tasks and operational support as required. 

How are you extraordinary

  • Facilities management accreditation or long term industry experience
  • Experience in office management or workplace services management roles 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Experience managing multiple activities and priorities in a business environment with high degree of autonomy and selforganisation
