Job Description
JOB TITLE: Facilities Program Manager
LOCATION: Duluth MN
SALARY: $130k $180k DOE 5% annual bonus
MUST BE US PERSONS

Job Details:

Summary:
-
Drive enterprise projects focus on scheduling budgets and crossfunctional coordination.
-
Lead project phases manage risks and maintain a 24month enterprise program roadmap.
-
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as you interact with internal/external stakeholders and lead program execution.

Deliver projects on scope timeline and budget.
-
Develop project work breakdown structures schedules and budgets using MS Project.

Facilitate feasibility studies design development and contract negotiations.

Provide program updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.

Oversee CapEx and OpEx budgets for facilities projects.

Foster crossfunctional collaboration to achieve project goals.
Required Skills:
-
Bachelors degree and 7 years of project management experience.
-
PMP certification (preferred or within 12 months).

Exceptional organizational facilitation and communication skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Project and ERP systems (e.g. Avante).
-
Experience in continuous improvement tools (e.g. Six Sigma).
