Job Description
Location: Greater Milwaukee
Compensation: As per Exp.
Employment Type: FullTime
Client is a private outpatient practice and Medicare Part B provider dedicated to delivering exceptional therapeutic services to our patients. We are committed to fostering a supportive collaborative and patientfocused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessments: Evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Intervention Implementation: Apply evidencebased therapies to help patients achieve rehabilitation goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Education: Guide patients and their families through treatment plans and home exercise routines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient progress.
- Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to thrive in a teamoriented environment.
- Experience: Clinical experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
