About the Role:
As a Care Professional you will:
- Provide personal care companionship and household support tailored to each clients needs.
- Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life at home.
- Build strong trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Receive full introductions to clients before your first visit ensuring continuity and trust.
