Whats the Mission
Support our growing Production department to maintain our premium quality and effective processes.
What does success look like
- Efficiently manage the Hallmarking process under the guidance of the Production Manager.
- Populate and maintain all trackers relevant to the Assay Office.
- Update accurate delivery dates on all appropriate platforms ensuring all information is up to date flagging any risks to the business if dates change.
- Input data on a daily basis in the PO tracker ensuring all information is correct.
- Manage the returns process with suppliers.
- Assist with the quality control of goods and stock management of top samples.
- Contribute to Trade meeting preparation demonstrating an understanding of the Production critical path.
- Provide accurate administrative support to the Senior Production Associate.
- Communicate clearly and effectively cross functionally and externally representing A&M at all times.
