Job Description
Role: Quality Analyst I
Location: Brooklyn NY 11238 (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
Tasks & Duties
- Initiate and implement testing
- Identify user stories and translate them into Test cases as required
- Create Test cases vs. RTM Matrix against the user stories to support application development
- Ensure that the application development is according to the quality assurance standards
- Execute Integration test cases covering all integration points with other applications
- Coordinate defect triage calls with design and development team.
- Coordinate with UAT team on UAT test strategy and UAT test data.
- Coordinate UAT defect triage calls with UAT team
- Help team with performance testing
- Identify test automation scenarios
- Facilitate Postproduction verification for various releases
- Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination
- Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
- Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback
- Work directly with business stakeholders clients designers developers and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time
- Managing QA team activities QA effort estimations task allocations creation of QA status JIRA dashboards and reports facilitating QA signoff on meeting the defined exit criteria
