Job Description
We are seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to join our Treasury Operations team. This role will involve overseeing Middle Office tasks including daily review confirmation research and settlement for brokered certificates of deposit (BCD) domestic debt securities (agency securities treasury bonds municipal bonds) derivatives (swaps and swap clearing) and Wholesale Deposits. The position also includes the daily processing of Collateral Support Annex (CSA) margin calls and monthly AssetBacked Securities (ABS) servicing. The analyst will be responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies between internal cash flow records and external sources. Administrative duties will include updating procedures responding to group emails and supporting projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily review confirmation and settlement of brokered certificates of deposit domestic debt securities derivatives and Wholesale Deposits.
- Process Collateral Support Annex (CSA) margin calls and monthly ABS servicing.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between internal and external cash flows.
- Update procedures and respond to group emails as part of administrative tasks.
- Participate in team projects as required.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 56 years of handson experience in treasury operations including confirmation and settlement.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP conditional formatting and formulas excluding macros).
- Attributes: Selfsufficient organized reliable and collaborative with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of treasury products including agencies UST bonds and derivatives.
- Experience with treasury platforms such as Wall Street Suite and working knowledge of BCD.
- Initial training: Onsite for the first month.
- Hybrid schedule: Two days per week onsite after training.
