Qualifications
High level of attention to detail; MS Office proficiency Word Excel Power Point Access NetMeeting and Outlook; Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral; Good multitasking skills; Selfstarter w/good organizational skills; Possess discretion and confidentiality Responsibilities 1. Greeting visitors answering and directing phone calls and handling the plants mail. 2. Order organize and monitor office and breakroom supplies 3. Coordinate catering venue and support staffing requirements for internal events or lunches 4. Support new hire orientations when needed 5. Assist with record keeping 6. Other duties as assigned Comments/Special Instructions This is a temporary assignment I am estimating between 23 months.
