Position: Technical Architect Expert
Location: Online (Locals preferred)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the integration and testing of SAP data into Workday HCM for a major implementation project. The ideal candidate will provide strategic oversight manage a technical team and ensure that all project deliverables are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the data conversion and solution integrations from SAP to Workday HCM.
- Collaborate with technical leads to develop test strategies and oversee testing execution.
- Manage the design and build of integrations reports and workflows.
- Provide advisory support on complex technical issues and oversee overall testing efforts.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation outlining design and implementation.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience with Workday HCM in a cloud environment.
- Proven experience working with government organizations.
- Background in technical lead/support roles during Workday HCM implementations.
- Strong communication organizational and decisionmaking skills.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies.
