Piping Materials Engineer JOB Description
- The candidate should be proficient in use of International / National codes and Standards related to piping engineering.
- candidate should have sound working knowledge and experience on various aspects of piping design including
- National and international piping and material codes and standards like ASME b31.3 b31.1 b&pv section viii div. 1 and applicable material codes as applied to chemical / petrochemical power and utilities process industries.
- design criteria and standards
- safety and loss prevention principles
- industry and governmental codes and regulations
- P&ID symbology
- Pipe specifications and valve specifications
