Lead the design and development of automation systems including PLCbased
control systems SCADA systems HMIs and robotic solutions.
Ensure that automation solutions meet project requirements performance criteria
and industry standards.
Develop PLC programs HMI interfaces and SCADA applications to control and
monitor manufacturing processes equipment and machinery.
Configure and optimise control system parameters to achieve desired performance
outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers
electrical engineers and software developers to integrate automation solutions
into overall plant system designs.
Ensure seamless communication and interoperability between different
components and subsystems.
Lead the commissioning and testing of automation systems ensuring that they
meet functional requirements safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during testing.
Attend site for code modifications commissioning assistance as required.
