Job Description
Curate and annotate ELN data related to human.
Ensure semantic consistency and interoperability across human data assets by applying best
practices.
Collaborate with data governance and compliance teams to align ELN data curation efforts
with regulatory and ethical requirements including consent management.
Collaborate with teams to develop and implement automated workflows for text processing
and data extraction from unstructured sources within ELN.
Utilize text processing and NLP techniques to identify and tag relevant biological and clinical
concepts from freetext descriptions and structured entries.
Contribute to the development and improvement of data models and curation guidelines to
support harmonization efforts across pharmaceutical organizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders including ELN system owners data scientists and IT teams to
enhance ELN data usability and accessibility.
