Job Title: Apparel Designer Golf & Athleisure
Location: Remote
Job Type: Fulltime
PTO: 2 weeks US holidays

We’re looking for a creative forwardthinking Apparel Designer who can bring their unique flare to elevate our brand work collaboratively with our team and help us design for both sport and style.
What You’ll Do:
- Design Development: Take our current designs to the next level by expanding on them creatively—think fresh takes cool details and new silhouettes that make a statement.
- Tech Pack Creation: Develop clear precise tech packs to guide our production team in bringing your designs to life.
- Sample Management: Work closely with our team to create modify and finalize samples. Collaborate with the design team to ensure each piece meets our high standards.
- Collaboration: Work handinhand with our lead designer and graphic designers to bring new collections to life while maintaining consistency across all products.
- Apparel Expertise: Use your solid understanding of shape color design and texture to elevate the overall aesthetic of our apparel.
- AI Tool Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and integrating AI tools to inspire new designs and streamline the creative process.
- Body Composition & Fit: Have the eye to modify designs based on how the apparel fits different body types—either through video or feedback.
- Trend Forecasting: Be forwardthinking and bring your hot takes on the latest fashion trends to the golf and athleisure world.
- Special Projects: Get creative with holiday and promotional designs (think: summer events limitededition releases and beyond).
- Experience: 35 years in apparel design (athleisure and/or sportswear experience is a plus).
- Software Skills: Proficient in CAD Illustrator and InDesign (or similar design software).
- Apparel Mindset: You understand the anatomy of apparel—fit fabric texture and how all the pieces work together to create something functional and stylish.
- Tech Pack Expertise: You know how to create and send tech packs that are clear detailed and ready for production.
- Creative Vision: You’re passionate about pushing boundaries and experimenting with designs that stand out in the golf and athleisure space.
- Interest in Golf: A love for the sport or an appreciation of golf culture is a huge plus!
- Curiosity: You’re excited about using AI tools to enhance your design process and stay on top of new tech.
- Collaborative Spirit: You’re a team player who can take feedback and contribute fresh ideas.
- Eye for Detail: You can identify fit issues or visual tweaks needed after seeing someone wear a design on video making sure it looks great from every angle.
