Job Description
- Coordinate with Global Accounting Service team to cross check and follow up Payment requisition to process.
- Archive documents: filling documents Debit advice Credit advice Bank statement withholding Tax Certificate ...
- Update exchange rate daily.
- Coordinate with internal audit.
- Coordinate with Controlling team to build Debit note.
- Assist in all accounting system and verify documents and invoices with system data.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
- More details will be discussed in the interview.
Qualifications :
- Entitled as fulltime student major in Accounting / Finance / Auditing during internship period.
- No working experiences required although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Have good soft skills: communication skills presentation skills interpersonal skills teamwork.
- Eyes for details and ability to work under pressure.
- Dynamic enthusiastic high sense of responsibility integrity with cando attitude.
- Ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Have commitment to the accounting profession.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
Able to start the work from: 3Mar2025
