Job Description
- Check weekly payment and supporting documents
- Check minutes of cancelation invoice confirmation letter
- Check and prepare fix assets process (print label count check...)
- Support reconcile bookeeping (Hrcore Tax Accrual...)
- Prepare data for audit EY CIT tax Statistic Reports ...
- Archiving documents (bank advice GNT barcode scan... for 5S)
- Other adhoc if needed
Qualifications :
- Entitled as fulltime student major in Accounting/Finance ... during internship period
- No working experiences required although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office personal skills time management skill task management skill critical thinking and patience
- Cando attitude urge to develop and learn new things
- Good teamwork communication and negotiation skill
- Eyes for details and good organization skills
- High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality
- Ability to work in multicultural teams
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
