Job Description
- You will be responsible for developing guiding and leading our Operations team responsible for our Wealth and Process Performance Management business unit
- You will provide instruction and direction to your team in the daily business to guarantee operational excellence especially in time critical situations
- You will be the primary contact person for senior management and external partners regarding daily operations and you will be responsible for all internal and external business communication of the team
- You will lead by example motivate and develop your team members creating a learning environment and opportunities to grow hiring new employees as needed
- You will take full ownership of projects and your proven problemsolving capabilities will increase operational efficiency and ensure goals are reached
- You will lead the efforts to optimize your teams abilities in their respective area of expertise and will ensure that collaboration with other teams such as Product and Engineering is seamless
Qualifications :
- You have successfully proven your analytical and problem solving abilities at a digital wealth manager or another financial institution
- You strive to take over leadership responsibility or have already gained first experience as team lead
- You are highly interested in the world of capital markets and have expert knowledge of trading processes and transaction services
- You are passionate about innovative process design and agile product development and have an affinity for efficient technology based solutions for digital processes
- You are an effective communicator and fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- You are highly motivated to lead your team to success by creating a supportive and friendly work environment while managing competing priorities
