Job Description
Job Description:
- Manage and oversee daily updates on Defence Eprocurement GeM Portal (Ministry of Defence) and other tender platforms ensuring compliance and efficiency in all operations.
- Lead and optimize processes related to the GeM portal and other tender platforms specifically for dental products while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct and supervise L1 comparisons ensuring datadriven analysis for strategic decisionmaking and bid competitiveness.
- Oversee product link provisioning catalog management and the addition of new brands/catalogues while managing direct order processing effectively.
- Maintain and organize all tenderrelated files and documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Lead the preparation submission and followup of ETenders ensuring accuracy timeliness and adherence to all tender requirements.
- Address and resolve client issues related to tenders including material delivery payment disputes and other concerns ensuring client satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of bid preparation guiding the team in creating and organizing all relevant documents and ensuring completeness.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to collect and submit technical data sheets test reports certifications and other essential supporting documents.
- Analyze and interpret tender documents including qualification criteria scope of work and technical specifications providing clear direction to the team.
- Represent the company in prebid meetings and postnegotiation discussions (PNC) driving favourable outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the tender management team ensuring consistent performance skill development and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and manage team performance delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative work environment to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management preferably in the defence or dental products sector.
- Proven expertise in navigating eprocurement portals such as GeM and other government tender platforms.
- Strong leadership and teamhandling abilities with a track record of managing highperforming teams.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing organizing and maintaining tenderrelated documentation including qualification criteria technical data sheets and certifications.
- Comprehensive understanding of dental products their specifications cataloging and brand management processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) for creating detailed documentation comparisons and reports.
- Exceptional communication leadership and problemsolving skills to manage client interactions and foster a collaborative team environment.
Bachelor s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in tender management, preferably in the defence or dental products sector. Proven expertise in navigating e-procurement portals such as GeM and other government tender platforms. Strong leadership and team-handling abilities, with a track record of managing high-performing teams. Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing, organizing, and maintaining tender-related documentation, including qualification criteria, technical data sheets, and certifications. Comprehensive understanding of dental products, their specifications, cataloging, and brand management processes.
