Business Analyst Migration
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a client in the printing industry on a legacy imaging solution migration project. In 2025 a core client needs to migrate from XPIM to PWM an imaging solution that handles all incoming communications (faxes emails letter mail and bulk loads) for accident and other claims. Given the challenges of a previous partial migration attempt this project requires thorough documentation of processes workflows and controls to ensure a smooth transition. The successful candidate will collaborate with operations and technology teams to complete the deployment scope existing gaps and create and manage test cases.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $56 to $61 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $63 to $68 per hour.
6month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Training will primarily be onsite followed by a hybrid transition based on project needs.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather confirm and document functional requirements using recognized business analysis tools and methodologies.
Manage expectations and negotiate with stakeholders to define project scope quality and priorities accurately.
Support project communication training and migration strategies based on prior experience.
Develop and maintain requirements documentation aligned with organizational standards and industry best practices.
Conduct business analysis and implement methodologies that meet industry standards.
Assist in reviewing QA test cases scripts and scenarios.
Participate in testing activities report on results and ensure adherence to business requirements.
Lead requirementsgathering sessions conduct formal and informal reviews and deliver business presentations.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Valid Business Analysis certification is preferred.
Proven experience in business analysis including stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
Strong knowledge of industryrecognized business analysis tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation aligned with organizational and industry standards.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes including reviewing test cases and participating in testing activities.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead meetings and deliver business presentations effectively.
Ability to manage expectations and negotiate priorities with stakeholders.
