Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Solution Architect to join our team. This role is a blend of technical expertise and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales teams to deliver compelling customer demos understand AWS infrastructure write automation scripts maintain technical documentation and contribute to product marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to conduct customer demos and articulate the value of our solutions.
- Design architect and optimize infrastructure solutions on AWS.
- Develop automation scripts using Python or Node.js to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update technical documentation solution guides and knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product positioning technical content and thought leadership initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and work with engineering teams to address customer concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in a Solution Architect PreSales Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2 S3 Lambda IAM VPC and networking.
- Proficiency in Python or Node.js for scripting and automation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Ability to collaborate across teams including sales marketing and engineering.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Terraform CloudFormation) is a plus.
