We are looking for a proactive Senior IT Recruiter to join our partners dynamic team and contribute to innovative HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute an endtoend recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the IT and none IT positions
- Provide an efficient and hightouch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer
- Build strong talent pipelines and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process
- Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs
- Provide guidance and serve as a talent advisor to share market intelligence for hiring managers
- Provide standart and adhoc reports to management team
- Develop standards for talent and career management processes (talent identification talent reviews succession planning career roadmaps rotation programs) and takes role in full execution at a global scale
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Minimum 4 years recruitment experience especially in technology departments
- English language skills is a plus
- Experience with ATS System
- Proven performance in IT talent acquisition processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
