Job Description
The Job:
- Take responsibility for inquiries from customers and support Sales to secure the business opportunities
- Perform the best customer service to ensure high customer satisfactions.
- Communicate service issues to Department Managers/ Supervisors
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure the fulfillments.
- Responsible for EDMS inputs and updates as well as other relevant companys system
- Corporate and work with other branches related to any Distribution services
- Assist Department Manager in updating and monitoring business opportunities
- Assist Department Manager in running weekly meetings and take the minutes
- Take up additional tasks as required meeting the Companys need.
Qualifications :
Knowledge:
- University/ College degree or equivalent qualifications
- Experiences in Warehouse / Contract logistic service provider is an advantage
Skills & Experience
- Good English communication
- Good PC knowledge
- Willing to put in extra hours as required
- Wellorganized innovative selfmotivated
- Able to work well in team under high pressure and tight deadline
- Good problemsolving skill.
