Job Description
My client is a leading manufacturer of highquality functional textiles for demanding applications operating internationally and continuing to grow. To strengthen the production site in North Macedonia we are looking for a motivated Production Manager (m/f/d) with proven experience in the textile industry.
Tasks
- Production Oversight: Manage and oversee all production processes ensuring quality standards efficiency targets and delivery timelines
- Leadership on Site: Lead daily operations at the production site in North Macedonia creating a collaborative and productive work environment
- Process Optimization: Implement strategies for continuous improvement with a focus on lean management process efficiency and automation
- Team Recruitment & Training: Attract and onboard new talent and establish training programs to develop staff qualifications and ensure ongoing improvement
- Quality & Performance Monitoring: Maintain high product quality and address operational challenges to improve overall performance
Requirements
- Experience in the textile industry in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of lean management principles process optimization and automation technologies
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Solid financial understanding including budget management and cost analysis
- Language skills: Proficiency in Macedonian (business level) and a good command of English
