Venair is a leading engineering and manufacturing company of silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces for the most demanding sectors such as pharmaceuticals biotechnology fuel cells and aerospace.
We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customers requirements. The Group was established in 1986. Nowadays Venair has more than 30 sales branches distributed in Europe Africa Asia and America 4 manufacturing centres and employs more than 300 people around the world.
What are we looking for
Now due to our fast international expansion we are seeking a Sales Executive for our office in Sao Paulo (Brazil) where we support mainly Cosmetic Food and Pharma manufacturers.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling industrial B2B products to companies in these sectors or selling process related equipment to OEMs and engineering firms operating in these areas. Alternatively they should have worked within these manufacturing facilities.
Tasks
- Identify prospects and manage the entire sales cycle to close new business including prospecting cold calling business trips quotations followup
- Foster customer service relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities.
- Champion company products by demonstrating productspecific knowledge.
- Achieve sales goals by following proven processes and developing new ones.
- Fill in the CRM with all your commercial efforts.
- Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs (as a visitor or exhibitor).
- Other sales tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (Business Administration Economics Engineering or similar).
- B2B Sales Experience from 1 to 2 years especially in green fields and sectors such as pharmaceutical or food.
- Sao Paulo area residents are preferred.
- Driving license class B mandatory.
- High level of English and Portuguese.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel frequently (minimum 50% of the time).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
