MOVE is a rapidly growing startup company in Southern California that helps businesses grow and outsource Virtual Employees.
One of our clients is looking for a motivated and detailoriented Lead Qualification Specialist to prescreen and qualify potential clients for life insurance products and related benefits. In this role you will contact prospective clients gather essential information assess their eligibility and schedule appointments for licensed agents. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills excellent organizational abilities and a customercentric approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Screening: Contact potential clients using companyprovided leads to gather required information and assess their eligibility for life insurance products.
- Benefit Guidance: Assist clients in understanding and setting up cocost benefits ensuring they are well informed about their options.
- PreQualification: Use established screening criteria to evaluate the prospects needs financial situations and eligibility for available products.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for qualified prospects to meet with licensed agents.
- CRM Management: Accurately document and update lead information and interactions in the CRM system.
- FollowUps: Maintain regular communication with leads needing additional information or time to make decisions.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients maintaining professionalism and a positive representation of the company.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service telemarketing or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other data management tools is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly phone demeanor.
- Ability to clearly explain benefits and guide clients through processes with patience and precision.
- Organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of life insurance and related benefits or a willingness to learn.
- Selfmotivated goaldriven and resultsoriented.
- Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the life insurance or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of benefits administration or insurancerelated processes.
- Proven success in lead generation or sales support roles.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $650 $750 $75 Allowance per month
