We are currently seeking an experienced dynamic Vendor Manager with a background in translation to join our team.
Excel in Vendor Management
As a Vendor Manager at Future Group you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our vendor relations ensuring toptier translation services that meet our clients needs. You will be part of a vibrant team dedicated to fostering effective communication across global markets.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
Vendor Relationship Management
- Source for new vendors
- Build strong vendor relationships through regular communication and feedback.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline vendor interactions.
Contract and Onboarding Management
- Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts.
- Manage vendor onboarding ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Provide training and support to new vendors.
Issue Resolution & Communication
- Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams.
- Address and resolve vendorrelated issues promptly.
- Ensure vendors are informed of requisition details and expectations.
Financial Management
Review invoices and follow up on payments.
Critical Skills & Experience
- At least 2years of Vendor Managementpreferably in the Translation industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with translation tools and platforms enhancing vendor selection and performance monitoring.
- Outstanding English Proficiency: Excellent to Fluentcommand of English both written and verbal to facilitate effective communication and documentation.
- Time Management Expertise: Proven track record of efficiently managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- CustomerCentric Mindset: Ability to anticipate client needs and align vendor services accordingly.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Experience working within crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
