Job Description
TPF Recruitment are excited to be representing a leading and wellestablished firm of Chartered Accountants who are looking to expand their tax team by hiring an experienced Private Client Tax Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior tax professional to join a growing and dynamic firm that offers a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the private client tax department providing highlevel advice and strategy to a diverse portfolio of clients including highnetworth individuals families and business owners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their tax planning needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee tax compliance and advisory services covering areas such as income tax inheritance tax capital gains tax trusts estates and more.
- Provide technical leadership to junior tax team members supporting their development and ensuring highquality service delivery.
- Work closely with senior management and other departments to drive business development and identify opportunities for new client acquisitions and services.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate these developments to clients as required.
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with substantial experience in private client tax.
- Proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of private clients including complex tax cases and highnetworth individuals.
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK personal tax trusts estates and associated legislation.
- Strong leadership team management and mentoring skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
