Location: Chicago IL & Los Angeles CA
Compensation: $80K base Incentive Bonus (10% of sales contribution) Medical Vision Dental Uncapped Commissions
Work Environment: Remote Field Sales

What will you do

  • Drive new customer acquisition in the air cargo space targeting IATA IAC (NonIATA) and NonIAC forwarders in key U.S. cities (Chicago New York Atlanta Houston Los Angeles).
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline making dozens of cold calls daily to generate leads and close deals.
  • Attend industry networking events and meet prospects to expand your book of business.
  • Maintain proactive communication with hundreds of customers ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to hit sales goals and drive business growth.

What will you need

  • Experience: 46 years in air cargo sales with a focus on acquiring new customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IATA IAC and NonIAC forwarders in the U.S. market.
  • SelfMotivation: Ability to work independently in a remote and field sales environment this isnt a desk job.
  • Sales Drive: Comfortable with highvolume outreach and closing new business.
  • Relationship Management: Strong communication skills to engage and retain customers.
  • Book of Business: An existing customer base is ideal
