Role Overview The Solutions Architect IT Banking will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable secure and efficient IT solutions tailored for banking and financial services. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives ensuring seamless integration of applications and systems. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust scalable IT solutions. Architect endtoend solutions for banking applications ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Lead the design development and deployment of systems with a focus on cloud APIs and microservices architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business goals. Ensure seamless integration of legacy systems with modern platforms. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability reliability and security. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in IT banking. Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field. 5 years of experience in IT architecture with at least 3 years in the banking/financial services domain. Strong knowledge of core banking systems digital banking platforms and payment systems. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes). Proficiency in microservices architecture RESTful APIs and middleware technologies. Strong understanding of security standards (PCIDSS GDPR) and compliance. Proven track record in leading and delivering largescale IT transformation projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with blockchain and fintech solutions. Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect TOGAF or similar. Handson experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
