Job Description
Client is looking for a strong Data Scientist with below JD along with Databricks expertise who can be intellectual enough to drive things forward by suggesting newer things on top of the clients ask in a way giving them multiple options to get things done differently.
Apply data science and machine learning for the endtoend development and deployment of datadriven insights.
Collaborate with and understand the needs of stakeholders from a variety of business functions.
Work closely with Product Sales and Engineering functions and with the Marketing and Finance organizations.
Have strong coding skills in general purpose languages like Python and SQL and familiarity with software engineering principles around testing code reviews and deployment.
Shape the direction of key data science areas including segmentation recommendation systems forecasting product analytics churn prediction and insights.
Work closely with Engineering Product Management Sales and Customer Success to understand product usage patterns and trends and make datadriven decisions recommendations and forecasts.
Understand deployment patterns NLP and ML Flows and Operations
Manage stakeholders for their focus area including gather changing requirements define project OKRs and milestones and communicate progress and results to a nontechnical audience.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists on the team by helping with project planning technical decisions and code and document review.
Represent the data science discipline throughout the organization having a powerful voice to make Kroll more data driven.
Build selfserving internal data products to make data simple within the company.
