We are looking for an experienced Onboard Site Coordinator to join our growing T&C team serving our rail customers around Australia. This position will be responsible for overseeing the execution of Onboard testing site activities (inbound outbound)and ensuring compliance with the test and commissioning procedures.
Location: Preferred Melbourne Sydney or Perth the candidate will be flexible with working location and be willing to enter a FIFO arrangement if required based on project demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with Engineers Project Managers and Contractors to ensure that all testing andcommissioning activities are executed efficiently and effectively. You will also supervise and lead the on board team managedocumentation liaises with stakeholders and provide updates to relevant parties.
- Implement detailed plans for the testing and commissioning phases of rail projects.
- Coordinate with engineers project managers and contractors to ensure all testing and commissioning activities are executedefficiently and effectively.
- Supervise and lead the testing team providing technical guidance and support as needed.
- Manage the documentation of testing and commissioning activities including test procedures results and finalcommissioning reports.
- Liaise with stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and certifications.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of testing and commissioning activities to project management and other relevantparties.
- Maintain effective communications towards internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive consistency in process systems & data.

Qualifications :
- Trade Qualification Electrical or Mechanical.
- Cert IV in Management or higher.
- Must hold an open driving license.
- Demonstrated Senior experience in Supervision management across the railway industry.
- Working experience in testing and commissioning in a FIFO environment.
