We are seeking a Data Analyst with 35 years of experience to join our Marketing team and play a key role in leveraging data to drive business decisions. Datarails is a financial planning and analysis platform that automates financial reporting and planning while enabling finance teams to continue using Excels familiar spreadsheets and financial models.
What Youll Do:
- Design build and maintain the Marketing data warehouse to ensure scalable and efficient storage of businesscritical data.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends insights and actionable recommendations to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to provide stakeholders with realtime data access.
- Partner with the Marketing team to understand their needs and deliver data solutions tailored to their goals.
- Assist in defining and tracking KPIs.
- Maintain and enhance the integrity accuracy and quality of data.
- Identify gaps in data collection and implement strategies to improve data quality and availability.
- Use statistical techniques and machine learning models to forecast trends measure campaign performance and support strategic planning.
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate potential improvements.
- Translate analysis into clear actionable insights to improve product performance optimize marketing campaigns and drive customer success initiatives.

Requirements :
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field such as Analytics Statistics Mathematics Data Science Computer Science or a related analytical discipline.
- 35 years of experience in data analytics preferably in a SaaS or technologydriven environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Handson experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g. Snowflake Redshift or BigQuery).
- Experience working with Salesforce or Hubspot data and integration into analytics workflows.
- Experience in SaaS metrics and understanding of business models like ARR churn LTV and CAC.
- Exposure to marketing analytics cohort analysis or product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel Hubspot Amplitude Google Analytics).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills ability to translate complex data into simple actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
