Job Title: Driver / Site Coordinator & Maintenance

Location: Bromley, Kent
Salary: 26,841 per annum (with overtime opportunities)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Holiday: 22 Days Annual Leave

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Driver / Site Coordinator & Maintenance professional to join our team based in Bromley. This is a hands-on role with a variety of tasks, including driving, coordinating site operations, and overseeing maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently drive company vehicles to transport materials, staff, and equipment to and from various sites.
• Coordinate daily site operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Manage site logistics, liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.
• Complete any other tasks as required to support site and operational activities.

Skills & Experience:

• Clean and valid UK Driver's License (essential).
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks and manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving.
