Mindler is a digital therapy service that is rethinking therapy to meet todays needs. In the UK demand for mental health support has grown faster than services can keep up. And this is only increasing. Mindler combines beautiful mobile optimised technology with high quality therapists and psychologists available via video call. We call this blended CBT which provides both a fantastic patient experience with the scale to meet todays needs.
Good mental health is often a prerequisite for someone to achieve their full potential in life but with long waiting lists many people who are struggling cant get access to the help they need. We are proud to be an awardwinning partner to the NHS. Our Sandbox service for Children and Young People provides rapid access to support free at the point of use for NHS patients. The Sandbox is expanding across the UK and you will play a key role in integrating this offering into frontline services in new regions via our partnership with health insurance providers.

About The Role:
As a care coordinator with the UK team you will be responsible for providing compassionate and efficient daytoday support for our patients or their parents. You will be responsible for assisting our clinical and operational staff to help them ensure that they can provide the best possible patient care in a remote setting.
A typical day will include:
The working location is completely flexible. You can be fully remote from anywhere in the UK but are welcome to attend our London office as frequently as you would like.
This role is for 20 hours per week but we can be flexible on which days/hours you wish to work within this.
