And this is only increasing. Mindler combines beautiful mobile optimised technology with high quality therapists and psychologists available via video call. We are proud to be an awardwinning partner to the NHS. Our Sandbox service for Children and Young People provides rapid access to support free at the point of use for NHS patients. The Sandbox is expanding across the UK and you will play a key role in integrating this offering into frontline services in new regions via our partnership with health insurance providers.

About The Role:
As a care coordinator with the UK team you will be responsible for providing compassionate and efficient daytoday support for our patients or their parents. You will be responsible for assisting our clinical and operational staff to help them ensure that they can provide the best possible patient care in a remote setting.
A typical day will include:
- Patient Response responding to patient queries via email text and phone
- Patient Support supporting and nudging patients by text to help them complete appointments achieve their personal goals and become better versions of themselves
- Clinician Support supporting our therapists and GPs with their appointments and calendars
The working location is completely flexible. You can be fully remote from anywhere in the UK but are welcome to attend our London office as frequently as you would like.
This role is for 20 hours per week but we can be flexible on which days/hours you wish to work within this.
About You:
You need to have:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Previous experience in healthcare is not required but it is important you feel strongly about children and young peoples mental health and want to make a positive impact for our patients
- Strong communication skills including a good phone manner
- Ability to deliver compassionate and personalised communications with our patients
- Comfortable using modern technology such as Google Suite
- Empathetic and understanding in challenging situations
