Job Description
Job Title: Junior Java Developer
Location: 100% Remote (USA Preferred candidates from New York NY 10001)
Contract Type: Fulltime ContractBased
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of Java applications.
Collaborate with senior developers and project managers to deliver highquality solutions.
Participate in code reviews testing and debugging processes.
Contribute to project planning and documentation.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in Java development.
Familiarity with project management fundamentals including planning scoping budgeting milestone tracking and risk management.
Basic understanding of MS Project and other project management tools.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare or mental healthrelated projects is a plus.
Prior experience with Shared Health Manitoba is beneficial but not required.
Familiarity with project management fundamentals, including planning, scoping, budgeting, milestone tracking, and risk management.
