Job Description

Role and responsibilities:
As an Equity Derivatives Trading Tools Developer you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing critical applications for the US Equity Derivatives desk. You will work closely with traders and other technology teams to deliver highimpact solutions while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration and inperson interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing developing testing deploying and supporting applications used by the Equity Derivatives desk.
- Working on both short and mediumterm projects leveraging technologies such as Python Excel/VBA kdb and C# to develop trading tools.
- Enhancing existing applications and building new solutions based on the needs of the desk.
- Ensuring adherence to best coding practices including code reviews and stakeholder validation.
- Providing firstlevel support by troubleshooting issues improving system stability and automating processes to minimize manual interventions.
- Collaborating with traders and internal technology teams to understand requirements and optimize application performance.

Qualifications :
- Experience in working on trading floor
- Bachelors degree in Computer science Engineering Finance or Quantitative Finance
- 10 years of experience in writing Python Excel VBA developing and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in fastpaced dynamic software development/support environments.
- Strong analytical skills for problemsolving
- Good financial knowledge
The salary range for this role is US$120000 US$150000
