Job Description
Project Overview:
We are initiating a new Business Process Transformation project at XYZ Corporation focusing on optimizing business workflows system integrations and data management strategies. This highvisibility project aims to improve operational efficiency and align business processes with strategic goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare finance or enterprise transformation projects is a plus.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMIPBA are beneficial but not required.

- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling data analysis and requirement gathering techniques.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI Tableau or Excel.
- Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills.
