I.Reasonable awareness & knowledge of the following Key responsibilities:
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law
- Communicate and follow up with the governmental entities
- Receives and processes personnel forms
- Prepare all relevant HR letters and experience certificates upon Employees requests
- Very good knowledge of labor law and social insurance law
- Good knowledge of hiring process and end contract process
