Head of Qualifications and Development Lead Location: Flexible with occasional travel to GTEC sites
Are you a skilled professional with expertise in delivering highquality technical training
Were seeking a Head of Qualifications and Development Lead the development and oversee the delivery of impactful training in established and emerging sectorspecific content in the mechanical electrical renewables and civil engineering sectors.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Working with stakeholders and awarding organisations to identify and develop new learning programmes and formal qualifications to an Ofqual standard.
- Leading a programme of technical content development with sector experts for emerging topics in the mechanical electrical renewables and civil engineering sectors.
- Ensuring industry leading course content which is aligned with current industry standards and best practices.
- Overseeing subject matter experts to enable them to create innovative and relevant learning materials.
- Continually evaluating and working with the wider team to improve training content to meet evolving learner and industry needs.
- Supporting the technical course content creation and delivery team to ensure high standards across all courses.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in stakeholder development with expertise in delivering and / or designing regulated qualifications.
- Strong background in regulated qualifications and leading course content development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage inspire and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulated qualifications and compliance requirements.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
