Job Description

The Team

Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist where your knack for refining recruitment strategies will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. Youll be the bridge between management and potential hires utilizing a blend of traditional and innovative methods to connect with top talent and elevate our presence within the local community. With a focus on the perpetual enhancement of our practices youll be part of a friendly and supportive global team experiencing dynamic expansion particularly in our Manila office offering ample opportunities for professional development.

Key tasks

  • Implement multichannel sourcing strategies to identify and engage both passive and active candidates successfully. Create and manage talent pools for various roles and harness the power of social media and professional networks for targeted outreach. Work closely with hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with specific role requirements.
  • Analyze hiring trends to refine recruitment strategies in line with industry standards. Craft job postings that draw a diverse range of applicants and tailor recruitment approaches for various roles and departments. Work with fellow HR professionals to enhance the hiring process and use datadriven insights to continuously improve recruitment methods.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates in the final stages of the recruitment process and ensure that offers are aligned with company policies. Keep candidates informed about their application status and any offer details. Address any concerns or queries candidates may have related to offers.
  • Establish and foster robust relationships with internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand their hiring needs. Gather and incorporate feedback on recruitment processes to improve candidate experiences. Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to proficiently monitor and progress recruitment activities.
  • Develop strategic employer branding initiatives that highlight the company as a preferred employer. Engage in job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen company presence. Monitor and report on the success of these branding efforts.

Qualifications :

  • strong proven track record of working in fullcycle recruitment
  • Excellent practical knowledge of candidate sourcing methodologies
  • Solid experience of recruiting technical candidates ideally within an IT or Fintech company
  • Global thinking
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ideally SmartRecruiters
